What would Riverside be without poverty? Project BLISS - a program that helps families make a plan to exit poverty, utilize a circle of supporters and church involvement. With the IDA saving program families turn $2,000 into $6,000 - more than 35 families have purchased homes and others have invested in higher education or small business!
